Which shipping carriers do you use?
We integrate with USPS and UPS for all orders. Customers can select the best shipping option for their needs. Shipping costs are directly integrated with each shipper and calculated based on quantity ordered, shipping address, size/weight of the total order, and delivery speed selected.
When will I receive my order?
Please allow 3-4 business days for standard production/fulfillment time plus shipping time after the order is placed. Shipping speed is dependent upon what you select during the checkout process.
Do I get tracking info?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the shipment and other tracking details (as available).
Can I arrange for my shipping provider/courier to deliver my order?
We’re sorry, but because of the production process, we cannot accommodate special shipping requests.
When is payment collected?
